Her advice has been helping people to make healthier food choices.
“Food can be a great thing, but sometimes it can make you feel like you’re not eating healthy food.
So it can be helpful to remember that there are all sorts of ways that food can be contaminated, whether it’s food that you’re handling, or it’s the way that it’s prepared.”
For some people, the food may just be clean, but for others, the foods may be unsafe.
“If you have a baby, there are things you should never eat at home,” Dr Withersy said.
“For babies, the best advice I can give is to wash the hands before eating.”
