Posted April 04, 2019 09:47:53 When you are sick you want to go to the toilet, drink some water, put your phone away and take a shower.
But not all of us want to be sick or to have to go through that process.
We want to get rid of all the junk food that we are consuming.
So why are we eating so much junk food?
The answer lies in a lack of understanding.
In fact, junk food is an insidious force that we can all help to combat.
It is not a new idea.
There are some of us who are not particularly aware of the effects that our food and drink are having on our health and the environment.
A report by the Royal Society of Medicine has shown that our consumption of sugary drinks has more than doubled in the last 30 years.
And we are spending more money on junk food.
What do you think?
Do you know more about this story?
How much is too much?
When should you stop eating junk food and drinks?
