How to make heart healthy snacks from scratch

Here’s how to make the best heart healthy desserts using keto, coconut, and almond butter.

First, make sure you have your preferred coconut oil.

Coconut oil is the best butter for heart health and it’s easy to find.

I find it best to use coconut oil because it’s so creamy and easy to work with.

I also love to use almond butter, but I don’t always have the room to use it, so I prefer to use my favorite almond butter instead.

I use the best brand because I think it has the best taste.

The almond butter comes in several flavors, and I usually use the coconut butter as well.

You can also make these heart healthy coconut snacks in batches.

I prefer using a small batch because it gives you the flexibility to add more ingredients as needed.

For example, if you want to make coconut butter, you can do that.

You’ll need to adjust the ingredients depending on how many bowls you want.

Next, make a double batch of your favorite ingredients, making sure to add the right amount of the ingredients in each batch.

For instance, if I’m making coconut butter and almond flour, I add about 4 cups of almond flour and 3 cups of coconut flour in each bowl.

For almond flour (which I’m using in the coconut coconut and almond cupcakes), I add 6 cups of almonds and 3 tablespoons of coconut oil in each of the double batches.

Next you’ll want to take your baking sheet, place it on the counter, and add your batter and almond batter.

You can add a little more almond batter if you’d like, but it’s just fine.

I recommend adding the almond butter at this stage to make sure the batter has the right consistency.

Next add your coconut flour and almond oil.

You may need to add a pinch of salt or something to make them taste a little bit better.

Now you can start mixing it up with the coconut flour.

The more the ingredients are mixed together, the better the flavor and texture of the coconut and the almond batter will be.

After you’ve added all of the almond and coconut flour to the baking sheet and are mixing it, add your butter.

Make sure it’s melted and smooth and not too dry.

This is how it should look if you’re using the exact amount of butter.

Then add the almond flour.

You should be getting a consistency of a thick paste that you can use for frosting.

You might need to scrape the top off and then add the icing sugar.

If you’re making the cupcakes, the frosting should be light and fluffy.

For the cake, you want it to be the most buttery, buttery frosting you can get.

Now you can add your chocolate chips, if needed.

The chocolate chips are optional, but you might want to add some.

You could add a few at this point and add more as you go.

When you’re adding the chocolate chips and you’re ready to serve, spoon the chocolate onto the frosted cupcakes and top with more chocolate chips.

I love making these heart health coconut snack ideas because you can make them ahead and freeze them.

I always freeze them, but sometimes I’ll use up the leftover cupcakes or I make them the day before so they can be reheated.

You don’t have to refrigerate them for this recipe because they freeze well.

Once the chocolate is melted, add the chocolate and butter to your bowl and stir together.

Now add your remaining ingredients, except for the coconut milk.

Add it and stir again.

Add the almond milk if needed to thicken it up.

Now pour the batter into the prepared baking sheet.

Place the baking sheets on top of each other.

Bake for about 20 minutes or until the cupcake tester comes out clean.

Then remove them from the oven and let them cool completely before frosting them.

These heart health cupcakes taste delicious in a couple of hours.

It’s easy and fast, and you can even make them before you eat them because they’ll keep for up to three days in the refrigerator.
